ICF Orange County Chapter, Sponsor Application

All Advertising/Sponsorship Fees are due September 1 annually. New Sponsors or those Chapter Participants desiring to advertise with or sponsor the ICF-OC organization will be pro-rated at time of application submission, to coincide with this September 1 renewal date.

Advertising/Sponsorship Renewals not paid by September 1 annually, will be removed from all website/publication postings and Sponsors Table.

To begin the process, complete and submit the Sponsor Application. You will be sent an email indicating your pro-rated annual Sponsorship Fee, along with a secure link for payment.

Be sure to add info@icforangecounty.org to your allowed list so you will receive this email.

ICF-OC Tier 1* Annual Advertising/Sponsorship Fee ($150.00)

* Your company logo with a link to your website on the ICF-OC website plus a link to the “Sponsors” page in the monthly “ICF-OC Insights”

ICF-OC Tier 2* Annual Advertising/Sponsorship Fee ($225.00)

* Your company logo with a link to your website on the ICF-OC website, plus Sponsor materials can be displayed on the Sponsors Table at the monthly Chapter Meeting, plus a link to the “Sponsors” page in the monthly “ICF-OC Insights.”

ICF-OC Tier 3 Industry Partner* Annual Advertising/Sponsorship Fee ($350.00)

* Your company logo with a link to your website on the ICF-OC website, plus Sponsor materials can be displayed on the Sponsors Table at the monthly Chapter Meeting, plus a link to the “Sponsors” page in the monthly “ICF-OC Insights.”

* Note: ICF-OC Tier 1 Participants may always display their company materials at the ICF-OC Chapter monthly meetings regardless of whether they advertise as a Sponsor.

* Tier 1 requires membership in ICF Global (www.coachfederation.org) & participation in the local ICF-OC Chapter.

ICF-OC Non-Participants Sponsorships

ICF-OC Non-Participant Sponsor Annual Fee ($550.00)

* Your company logo with a link to your website on the ICF-OC website, plus Sponsor materials can be displayed on the Sponsors Table at the monthly Chapter Meeting, plus a link to the “Sponsors” page in the monthly “ICF-OC Insights.”

* ICF-OC Non-Participant Sponsors may attend the ICF-OC Chapter Meetings at the regular “Guest” fee as indicated on the ICF-OC website at www.coachfederation.org.

* No guarantees are made or implied with regard to sales of your product or service. No services or guarantees from ICF-OC are made or implied other than what is designated in this document.

* ICF-OC reserves the right to choose the location and presentation of the Sponsor Display Table at monthly meetings and the designated “Sponsors” page on the ICF-OC website at www.icforangecounty.org

* Sponsors are responsible for their own company material display setup and removal at the monthly chapter meetings. Sponsors will not solicit or distribute materials to chapter participants or guests other than to those who choose to visit the designated Sponsor Display Tables at the ICF-OC monthly meetings.

* All Sponsors are subject to initial and ongoing ICF-OC Chapter Board review and approval. All Sponsors must conduct their business during the ICF-OC Chapter meetings in the highest ethical and professional manner or be subject to Sponsorship revocation at the discretion of the ICF-OC Board.
