ELECTED OFFICERS / EXECUTIVE BOARD BIOS

Nahid Cassaza, Vice President / President Elect 2007
ICF ACTP: CoachU, Graduate 2005

Nahid Cassaza, MBA, is founder of Aspyrre and Vice President of Back to Work Connection. She works with people who want to make a big professional change like starting a business, taking a business to the next level, changing careers, or establishing a strong image in a new corporate environment. In addition to private coaching, Nahid facilitates workshops and success teams to support clients as they challenge themselves to rise to the next level of success. She also speaks regularly at Pepperdine’s Graziadio School of Business and other professional groups in Southern California.

Nahid has a Master’s in Business Administration from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor’s of Science in Psychology from Michigan State University. Prior to founding her own firm she spent fifteen years training, marketing, recruiting, and mentoring at two of the largest privately held companies in America: Day and Zimmerman and Kingston Technology. In both companies, she was strongly affected by the culture, which allowed employees the freedom to grow and develop their natural talents. Having successfully completed several transitions herself, she strongly encourages clients to believe in themselves and create the life they want.

When approached about the position of Vice President, she was surprised, but then she was even more surprised at the thoughts flying through her head. The first was that it's about time she gets more involved with the Orange County coaching community, and that was followed by a whole slew of ideas, like how fun it would be to create coaching excellence or practice-building success groups, and what an exciting challenge it would be to help grow membership.

Nahid says, "I love Patricia's enthusiasm and her vision for the next year, and it feels natural and comfortable to support her in building it. I've taught myself to say "no" most of the time, so I can fully commit to what I say "yes" to. I am fully commit to serving the organization, it's mission, Patricia's vision, and most of all, the coaches of Orange County."

Bill’s efforts are focused on transforming a company by making best use of individual and collective strengths, while neutralizing weaknesses.  Leadership and Team Building are important enabling tools for accomplishing the goals and objectives of the Owners, driven by a vision of the future that is clear, tangible and compelling.

“Helping Improve business performance is what I do best… I can do this for you… with your active participation and commitment.”

“The cornerstone of our success is in the power of relationships we form and the strength of our resolve to create and implement a vision and goals that can be shared throughout the organization as the common drivers of desired results.  The principal instruments of this success will be you and your staff, working together with me to achieve these results.”

As a Consultant and Coach Bill works with you to define and prioritize the efforts necessary to implement your vision… and he guarantees his work. “My passion is helping family and small business owners utilize their strengths to achieve the success they want along with the life balance they need.”
