The readers of our newsletter, OC-Insights, are coaches, and members of ICF, committed to the life long learning and coaching excellence of this profession. Our coaches come from a diversity of prior industries and work experiences. They include former teachers, policymakers, public relations, corporate executives, licensed therapists, human resources, and sales professionals, just to mention a few. We strive to gather works from distinguished writers and thinkers seeking to reach new understandings of the universal human need and how coaching can transform that experience.
