I’d like to take a moment to thank you all
for the growing participation and excitement in our ICF-OC Chapter.
The new Business and Coaching Excellence Program has proven to be
quite a success! Plus the headliner speakers who have visited us
this year have all been quality contributors to our participants
and to our profession.
My promise to you when I took the presidency this year was that
you and your businesses would “grow like weeds” with
your active participation in the Chapter. Think about it…
having growing pains where your coaching businesses became so successful
you would have to hire professionals and colleagues to come and
join you in your continued growth in your coaching businesses!
Come and join us soon! Next month’s speaker came highly recommended
by our sister chapter in San Diego and will prove to be quite magical!
Have you heard the great news?
We are now affiliates with NAWBO-OC (Check our website for details:
www.icforangecounty.org/affiliates.htm) ! This means that for a
deeply discounted rate of $125 over the price of ICF-OC membership,
an ICF-OC member will also be able to become a member of the well
established NAWBO-OC, founded in December 1990. What wonderful timing
too! The esteemed businesswomen and men of NAWBO-OC have just announced
their newest Education Center classes designed to meet business
needs at every stage of personal and company growth. The classes
include: 1) Business Planning, 2) Marketing and Public Relations,
3) Sales and Business Development, 4) Finance and Accounting, 5)
Operations and Processes, and 6) Leadership and Management. What
a perfect time for coaches to deepen their knowledge in creating
their coaching businesses successful!
On the home front of ICF-OC, our Board members are offering a discount
on your monthly ICF-OC Chapter meeting fees. As a member in good
standing, if you assist our Logistics/Special Events Director with
registration duties before the meetings, your admission to the ICF-OC
Chapter meetings will be $25. You can’t beat that! (Email:
Anita Goldin at logistics@icforangecounty.org
for details)
Unless of course that for a limited time, as a member of the ICF-OC
Chapter in good standing you find, manage the preparation, setup
and host or hostess all presentation needs for a quality speaker
for one of our ICF-OC Chapter meetings. (The speaker is to be approved
by our Board of Directors.) Your registration fee for that evening
will then be free and clear of any payment. That’s right!
Your dinner and the headliner meeting will be complimentary. (Email:
Sandy Scheppmann at secretary@icforangecounty.org
for details)
Respectfully,,
